We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. However, in order to ensure the smooth running of our business, we have a cancellation policy in place.
- If a guest cancels their reservation more than 7 days before their scheduled arrival, they will receive the option to change their reservation to a later date, subject to availability. No refunds will be provided for cancelled reservations.
- If a guest cancels their reservation within 7 days of their scheduled arrival, they will not be eligible for a refund or a change in reservation date.
