Cancellation Policy & Refund

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. However, in order to ensure the smooth running of our business, we have a cancellation policy in place.

  • If a guest cancels their reservation more than 7 days before their scheduled arrival, they will receive the option to change their reservation to a later date, subject to availability. No refunds will be provided for cancelled reservations.
  • If a guest cancels their reservation within 7 days of their scheduled arrival, they will not be eligible for a refund or a change in reservation date.
