We understand that plans can change. Here is our straightforward cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness to all our guests.

Weather Conditions

If a trip gets cancelled due to extreme weather conditions or any other unavoidable administrative reasons from our side, an alternate schedule will be offered or a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Guest Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity, or no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.
